My Journey
Everyone who embarks on a ‘different’ path has a unique story to tell. It is fascinating how many times I have told this story and each time I get to know a little more details in my journey. It is also humbling to realise how the universe/ cosmos/ god/ divinity laid these stepping stones in front of me. I am forever grateful for the courage and support from the divine to walk this journey with me.
Hence, I tell this story of my arriving into this present moment in my life. I tell it for those who have similar stories and for those who are unveiling theirs as we speak.
Listen with your inner wisdom.
I was 22 when one morning on my way to work, I said this sentence to myself, “There must be more to life than what I am living.” I was concerned that my whole life would be the same, day in and day out. That day when I got home, I enrolled in a yoga class.
That was my entry into spirituality – my first door.
The philosophy and practice of yoga opened the metaphysical world to me. I began studying and reading any books I could find on metaphysics to understand the mind, body, and soul in the Vedantic way. It was so engrossing, enriching, and consuming to practice and understand the working of our body and mind and the unity of both that I gave up my corporate job to pursue my inner journey of transformation – my path of self-discovery. The more I read, the more I realized that there was only a tiny portion devoted to understanding emotions. I was shocked! I felt that our emotions can trigger all sorts of things within us and alter the way we perceive reality. And to have just such a tiny part of the study was unbelievable.
The second door was to further dive in. As with any journey, once you begin and you keep walking, the next station arrives in due time. Energy healing opened me to read and heal emotions and the way they affect our bodies. I learned Aura reading and cleaning and was initiated into Reiki. It was exciting to learn how our emotions affect our auras. Through this practice, I started to awaken to the idea that I was totally in charge of my body and what happened to it.
The next door of this labyrinth involved a few very significant books, such as Synchro Destiny by Deepak Chopra and Unplugging the Patriarchy by Lucia Rene. But the book that had a lasting impact and still affects me was Serpent of Light: Beyond 2012 by Drunvalo Melchizedek. It is about the shift in the planet’s kundalini energy, which shifts every 13,000 years. Each time, it affects the spirituality, heart, and gender identities. In 2012, the energy shifted to the Andes Mountains of Chile and Peru. While reading the book, I was transported into another world. A particular image in the book shifted something within me. Looking back, I feel it opened up the memories of my Akash and then mandalas started flowing through me. I knew I was in the right place at the right time and that this was the continuation of my journey of self-discovery and the inner calling for Sacred Geometry.
This brings me to the next level of this labyrinth – channelling and making mandalas.
The first of which was when I created 37 Flower of Life paintings as a gift to women on a transformational journey. I was unstoppable after that. I was being invited to channel the new moon and full moon mandalas. I took every opportunity and became the conduit for these transformational energies to flow through me. As I created mandalas, I saw the parallels in Shamanism, school of remembering, tarot, Kabalah, western philosophers and ancient mysteries of Egypt. I realised the impact and power of these geometric symbols. I started giving objects with these symbols to people. And eventually, I started my own product line with everyday objects that people can buy to bring the positive influences of these symbols in their lives.
I met amazing guides during this later part, who guided me to the next level of the labyrinth – the EMF Balancing Technique. Like a student being prepared for the next level, I understood that this was the next level of my journey. It is the most profound, effective, and definitive work that I had studied until then. This amazing technique highlights the power of mental programming and language. My teacher would repeatedly ask me to articulate my words in an empowering manner. He would say that I had to say exactly what I meant, and mean what I said. It taught me to be conscious of my thoughts and expressions and to be open for the uniqueness of every human being.
Today,
I don’t know whether the journey in the labyrinth is going inside or coming out, or if it is arriving at the same place with different eyes and to see it for the first time. It is still the same me who started the journey, and yet it is not the same me. I have learnt to flow and to be witness to the emerging reality around me.
To gain a language to express my experiences, in 2018 I started studying psychology and dreams with Process Oriented Psychology. My energy awareness has given me a firm footing to see and experience human psychological constructs. I learnt a great deal about myself and became aware of how I move in the world.
Even if the labyrinth is limited and with a certain physical space, it contains the experiences beyond time and space. As I keep walking, I have realized that my task is to gather more tools through which I can impact human consciousness and assist more souls to live a life of joy, awareness, and infinite ease.
You can join me – I am still walking.
